Hi everyone, I have some kind of post-viral fatigue syndrome and have had it for about four years. Every time I push myself too hard physically I come down with flu symptoms (swollen glands, headaches etc.), muscle weakness and exhaustion. I've become incredibly weak. Does anyone know how I can tone up my muscles without expending too much energy? I do walk or cycle for at least 20min every day but even that is a struggle some days. Any ideas?
