Hi! im am new to the free trainers forums and i have search around for information. Basically i wanted to present my self and get some feed back. My current standings of my health are shown in my signature.

Background:
I started actually working out since June 08 till today. I was 210 and 5'6 and i started doing the Abs diet (exercises only) which is pretty good. I stopped eating out and drink beer(im in college Sigh ) huge step

Problem:
I still dont see my six pack!!..lol...jk..(i know i need to have a 6% fat) well here is my problem..i have hit a plateau with weight loss. I am staying in the 180's and that is a weight that i want to be but i want to get ripped. So what should i do? I still have the love handles and man boobs..nothing but ripped. Any supplements that you guys recommends, im currently taking Nitro-Tech...please give me constructive criticism

Thanks

You need to continue to clean up the diet and be consistent with training and the diet. You have lost 20 lbs in 4 months and that is great. Be patient and realize that this is a process and results will not happen quickly. And dont worry to much about the supplements.

Thanks for the replies! I know that my body percent fat is high, and i understand that i will not be able to see how ripped i am at this level.:laugh:

Well by cleaning my diet, should i have a set meal plan and schedule of what i eat and how much calories i take in..or is that too much? According to my nutritionist(free for college student), if i want to lose some weight i needed to eat no more than 2200 but other sources online calculate that my calorie intake should be 1600. That is way too low for me in my opinion.

What are some tips that you guys have done in order to regulate what u are taking in?
