Those are very impressive numbers!!! Stay injury free & keep focused on performance oriented (rather than appearance oriented) training. Those numbers will keep getting better and better.

thanks, but i did not accomplish my goal. I currently weigh 135 but am stuck at benching 190. I think I am going to back off for a while and give my body a week to recover and then see what I do. I did break my mile time with 4:57.

hey wrestler, out of curiosity. Whats ur body weight now? and your dl, bench, squat

posted by: wrestler125, on 13-08-2005
Just updated my pro. Bodyweight under 142. My bench and dl have gone up and I am happy with them, but my squat numbers are only a little more than they were ab a year ago, before I broke my collarbone. I think I could powerclean 200 but I need to get my form down perfect.

I could get you to well over 200 lbs on your clean. Let me know the next time you are in Florida. I'd be more than happy to help you out.

Wrestler, just curious, how tall are you? I'm 6'2, 166lbs, and my bench is only around 100. Is it my build that makes me weak? I'm skinny and lengthy, used to be a runner.

Howzit wrestler just wondering what is your age now, how did you build up so much info on training and bodybuilding, It's my passion!!

I spend probably about 2-3 hours a night reading on various training methodologies, physiology journals, and online articles. I've attended siminars by Dave Tate and Jim Wendler, Charles Poliquin, and Joe DeFranco. I listen and question EVERYTHING. I always want to know WHY. It's always been my passion. I am probably transfering next year to pursue an MS in exercise physiology and then achieve my CSCS.

I love your straight forwardness! I have spent too much time looking through abdominal postings and didn't find what I wanted. Could you direct me to some resources for people like me that eat whatever all day, high metabolism and predisposed genetically with muscle tone. Plus being short helps? I am 5'0" 118 and have a visible sick pack ONLY when flexing but layer of fat and the "pouch" above c-section scar. I am not consistent with working out but wanting to get focused and make the most of what I naturally have. I have learned alot in many other areas from reading your postings and was hoping you could give me a little "one-on-one"! Thanks e-mail cat824@sbcglobal.net

Relax it was a joke... and remember ... its not the triumph, but the struggle. Not that we conquered, but that we fought well. Also I will keep workin on those ribs, they are coming along nicely.
