I am a 38 year old with 3 kids. Have been married 21 years. Now that my kids are all about grown up.. I feel I need to take care of my health since I have obviously neglected it.
My heaviest weight was 222 lbs. I am only 5 foot 1. 3 years ago I dropped 40 lbs of it. I am now 185. I want to weigh 139 and look and feel physically fit. Love free weights. I need to drop lots of fat! Any suggestions greatly appreciated! thanks Dj
