I've used the site for a fair amount of time now and you constantly post sensible answers to sometimes idiotic questions or questions that could be answered by doing a search - I've gained a lot from your posts, you?re truly an asset to the site. Thanks man.

What kind of weight do you add to your chins, dips, muscle ups etc...

posted by: menace3000, on 21-06-2007
It depends....I worked up to +140-145 for chin ups, +125 on pull ups, +235 for dips, +20 for muscle ups....most of the lifts were done at 220, I am down to about 210 now....

I am working on 1 arm pull ups now...so I layed off a bit of heavy weighted bw lifts...

posted by: shanda822, on 04-07-2007
 dude you look awesome!

posted by: Tinnuk, on 25-07-2007
You can probably pull off a few one armed ones though, right? I mean if you can add that kind of weight to them you must be able to. Very, very impressive.

posted by: menace3000, on 07-08-2007
not quite...it's very difficult to do 1 arm chin/pull ups...it takes a while to progress to them...I am probably about 30-40lb away from 1 arm chin and 50-60lb away from 1 arm pull up....
