I am a 42 year old wife and mother of 4 grown children. Life can be pretty hectic and I have noticed recently my health and fitness levels have dropped considerably, probably due to my working environment. Therefore, to get the most out of the rest of my life I am embarking on this journey in order to change my life style.
I aim to increase my energy levels, drink less alcohol, and eat regular wholesome meals and snacks, whilst avoiding junk foods.
