   Personal Information:

 I just hit the 2 month mark on my goal to quit smoking, but there is a horrible side effect....I gained 15 pounds! I also started a new birth control pill that may have had a hand in the weight gain as well.


   Health & Fitness Goals - Achievements:

 I feel I was 5 to 10 poundsmore than my liking before I quit smoking, but it was "healthly looking" weight. I was really within my height weight ratio. Now that Ive gained an additional 15 I feel way over weight, and it happened fast.

 GO ONA DIET OF LEAN MEAT(CHICKEN / FOWL).AVOID SAUCE CHEESE ,BUTTER.LOTS OF VEGIES AVOID POTATO LOTS OF FRUIT INFACT U CAN REPLACE 2 OF UR MEALS WITH EITHER VEGGIES OR FRUITS.TAKE 20 MINS.BRISQUE WALK MAKING UR PULSE RATE FASTER AND SWEAT EVERY MORN./ EVE. ON EMPTY STOMACH / FRUIT JUICE ONLY FOR 7 DAYS AND THEN INCREASE TO 40 MINS TO 1HR..REPLACE AERATED DRINKS WITH FRUIT JUICE.
