General Exercise Plan of Progressive Gains:

 The key to progressive gains is to create a program which incorporates both a sound diet and exercise routine that will keep you fit and strive in the direction of lean muscle mass gains. This is just what FreeTrainers have done for you! For progressive gains, you are likely to be an individual who does not wish to gain large amounts of size at the expense of some fat gain. Also, you are not interested in losing weight at the expense of losing valuable lean muscle size. So what does your training program consist of? A solid combination of exercise as well as nutrition. Training will consist of medium range repetitions of 8 to 12, for a combination of both compound and isolation exercises. Your diet will be composed of your regular caloric intake. You are required to train hard and with commitment - remember that no gains are easy gains! ...
