Movement Execution: Explanation: This exercise is performed lying on your side. Support yourself with your elbow and your lower leg bent slightly for support. Now, raise your higher leg, keeping it absolutley straight. Raise it as high as you can, hold and contract. Then lower your leg back to starting position. After your set, switch and perform for other leg. Helpfull Hint: As with all abdominal exercises, it is very important that you use strict and proper form to achieve results. Keep the leg which you are raising straigh. Remember with all abdominal exercises that breating in as you relax and out as you contract is also very important! Train hard! |
