Movement Execution: 1. This movement is performed with a dumbbell or a barbell. Helpfull Hint: This is a great movement training the front of the thigh. This exercise is really also targets strongly your buttocks. You must remember to keep your chest up and therefore not to lean forward. Also, be sure that your knee does not pass the distance of your foot placing. You can also do this with a barbell where you would place the barbell across the back of your shoulders instead of dumbbells. Also, you can perform this with a smith machine as well, where you can do multiple reps with one leg instead of alternating. Good Luck! |
