Movement Execution:

Explanation: This exercise is performed in a bent over position. You will require a bar to place across the back of your shoulders to support your arms. A broom stick is also appropriate. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. With the bar across your shoulders, bend your torso at the waist so you are parallel to the ground. Now, twist you torso to one direction as much as you can, safetly. Hold and contract. Next do the same for the other side.

Helpfull Hint:

As with all abdominal exercises, it is very important that you use strict and proper form to achieve results. It is important in this exercise to keep your torso at parallel to the ground. Remember with all abdominal exercises that breating in as you relax and out as you contract is also very important! Train hard!
