Personalized Fitness Plan - Fitness Profile - Exercise Charts - Personal Training Log - Customize Program





This allows you to change the starting date of your exercise program. You may advance and go back one week at a time in case you miss a few days of training.


This option allows you to select which days you would like to train. For example, if your personal schedule permits you to work out on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, your FreeTrainers Professional workout will match those days.


Here you will see a list of every exercise in your workout routine, grouped by muscle groups. If you cannot perform certain exercises, you are able to swap them for other suggested exercises that train a similar group of muscles.
