  ... evening prior & morning of the show


 The day of the show is very crucial to getting everything together for the stage and judges. Upto this point, you should be posing daily; this has two advantages - keep the glycogen levels high which will keep your muscles hard. The night before the show, you should cut out water intake around midnight. Please keep in mind that your health comes first and if you begin to have cramps and other symptoms, take small sips as needed. The morning of the show, try to avoid water if possible. Once again, take small sips to accomidate. For your first meal, aprox 4 hours before you hit the stage, consume about 3-5 whole eggs with a ripe banana. The banana will help you preventing muscle cramps. Then aprox 90 minutes from the prejudging, consume a light meal such as chicken breast and brown rice. You should now be ready. In between prejudging and evening show, consuming enough carbs and protein to maintain your condition. Two afternoon meals from your pre-contest diet will be appropriate. Be sure not to celebrate and pig out until the evening show is complete, you don't want to ruin your package.
