One rep max is a good way of seeing if your strength is increasing, however, it is dangerous to perform as you may injure yourself. This calculation allows you to simulate a one rep max, using less weight and more repetitions. Input the weight used, in either lbs or kg, and the number of repetitions that you can do with that weight. The reps must be between 1 and 15 for this to work, and you must go to failure.
